With over 20 years experience in logistics recruitment, Crystal has an excellent knowledge of the local region, and understands the challenges faced by today's drivers and operators.

Crystal knows the market place for local drivers better than most, and will work hard to ensure that drivers can find on going placements for the type of work they are looking for.

Shenda Wilkie
Co-Founder

Shenda has worked in logistics for over twenty years. She started out in transport planning so has a complete understanding of what operators requirements are.

Shenda manages the day to day financial aspects at Global, but is also directly involved in client and driver liaison.

Ben Jones
Operation Director

Ben brings 15 years of experience in the logistics recruitment sector from account management, onsite setups to managing the bookings right through to the compliance.

With a great passion to do things correctly at all times Ben is in it for the long haul. As Operations Director of Global Employment Bureau, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge in recruitment.

Paul is a well-seasoned operator, who has over twenty years experience both in the logistics recruitment sector as a recruiter and the logistics management sector as a transport manager.

Paul has seen many changes in the industry during his long successful career, and understands that people are at the heart of a business like ours. Pauls dedication to providing customer satisfaction is an excellent fit with the values we hold dear at Global.

Coming from a very strong recruitment backup both in logistics and industrial recruitment, Martin is an experienced recruitment office manager.

His knowledge of the sector is second to none, and he is particularly interested in making sure at Global that we develop good long term relationships with our drivers and clients, as well as ensuring that we maintain the high standards which are the cornerstone of our business.

Glynis keeps us all organised in the office. She has been a permanent fixture for many years here at Global, and has played an important part in our growth and success.

Her ability to multi-task is a valuable one and she is the glue that holds us all together! We often joke that if you snapped Glynis in half, she would have ‘Global’ written all the way through her!
